A Towering Intellectual Giant

This will be one of my fondest memories. Last Thursday, I had the distinct privilege and honor to spend time with my mentor, scholar, towering intellectual giant, and most preeminent scholar in America -Dr. Cornel West. Dr. West was this year's keynote speaker at Emory University's Annual State of Race. To say the event was life changing would be an understatement. I had the opportunity to be with Dr. West from time he arrived at our offices at the Center for Ethics until after the event. I am so grateful.
